Booking / deposit requirements.
All bookings now require a booking payment. The booking payment amount will depend on how long your service is booked for.
Your booking payment will be deducted from your total service cost upon completion of your booking.
Your appointment is only secure upon payment. Appointments can be made through our our online booking system. Should you book online, payment will be taken at that same time. For alternate booking methods, please call the salon on 03 9531 0088 and payment can be taken over the phone or we can send you a secure link to pay directly through PayPal.
You'll receive an SMS confirming your appointment. It's a requirement that you respond by text within 24 hours. If we do not hear from you within 24hrs we will send a reminder to respond. If, after two messages we have still not received a response, your appointment will be cancelled so that we may try to recover your appointment time.
If you do not show, move or you cancel all or part of your service within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will forfeit your booking payment. We will try our very best to fill the appointment and if we do we will transfer your booking fee to your next appointment but it is not always easy to find someone to fill the spot in under 24hours.
We do understand that there may be extraneous circumstances that cause you to cancel within 24 hours. We're human, we get it. We just ask that you give us as much notice as possible and consider our need to implement this policy as a small business.
We do not offer a change of mind however we do want to ensure that clients are 100% happy with their hair. Please contact us within 10 days of your original appointment to make any adjustments free of charge.
